Everyone is The Same...I mean It!

I resent the idea that one human wants less than others in terms of these:
- the ability to have decent life
- the ability to express their opinion
- the ability to live in peace
- the ability to be able to practice their beliefs, whatever that means. The issue however, the degree of how one human/family/society/country/nation/religion/culture interpret the above.

So many cover is used, so many "in the name of........(fill in the blank yourself) " is used and justifications made, resulting in deaths of countless human beings. I like what Gandhi said once," The world is enough for everyone's need, but not everyone's greed" How true it is.....Here we are, toiling around in a game called life, thinking that we will live forever. How the wool has been pulled over our eyes (I hope I am using the right term here), how deceived have we been made.

God, I have to remind myself first here......I am not some utopist who think that a world of pure and peace just will happen on this earth, because again, history has shown how blood thirsty we are as human. I really feel compelled to say that this is it, this is the nature of our existence, to experience trial and tribulations with all its dynamics. Moreover, we are so unique that we are capable of being very angelic, yet are also able to make ourselves lower than the lowest of animal.

I would like to pose this question to everyone who might be reading this blog though; How do we resolve our differences and how do we solve it in a manner that does not involve killing, for whatever reasons? Or does the concept of killing in the name of something really unescapable, a part of our genetic coding? Can extreme values that contradict each other really able to exist together? Or does blood need to be spilled from time to time to let one value wins over another?Civilizations rise and fall, our insignificant life here will be replaced in a flash, if we use universe time. What is the priority here? Hmm...tough questions, eh?

I just want to close this heavy writing with this; I will start from myself, I will start small and I will start from now (as a wise person mentioned). Start what? start to be kind to myself, to my neighbors, start anything good, however small, to make my short existence here meaningful. May all of us a have a meaningful, wonderful life......I mean it.
